The third colour variation in the “Cherry Pie” series feels like the most dessert-like of them all. Blue is still present, but it has been pushed further into the background. Warm pinks, reds and purples now take centre stage, giving the scarf a softer and warmer character. If the second version felt like adding blueberries to the pie, this one brings me back to cherries, raspberries and rich fruit filling. Like the other scarves in the series, this piece reveals two distinct faces. One side features rounded motifs that evoke halved fruit arranged in a gentle rhythm. The reverse presents a more structured composition of vertical bands, where colours blend and interact, suggesting layers of pastry and fruit filling. It is the same woven idea, told through a slightly different palette.
