SHIPPING POLICY
General Information
All products offered through the Krośko The Weaver / Krośko Ten Tkacz online store are packed and shipped personally by the maker.
Every effort is made to ensure that each order is carefully packaged, properly protected for transit, and dispatched within a reasonable timeframe.
Preparation times may vary depending on the type of product, current workload, and the availability of materials. Estimated processing times are provided where applicable or communicated individually.
Shipping Within Poland
Orders delivered within Poland are shipped using carriers available at the time of dispatch.
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided where available through the selected shipping service.
International Shipping
Products may be shipped to countries within the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, and other destinations, subject to the availability of suitable shipping services and the practical ability to complete delivery safely and reliably.
Because shipping conditions vary between countries and may change over time, the shipping method for international orders may be determined individually for each order.
For certain destinations, the Seller may contact the Customer before dispatch in order to confirm shipping costs or to select the most appropriate delivery method.
If delivery to a particular country proves impossible or economically unreasonable, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible and any payments made will be refunded in full.
Customs Duties, Taxes and Import Charges
Orders shipped outside Poland may be subject to customs regulations, import duties, taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Any such charges are the responsibility of the Customer.
The Seller has no control over customs procedures or the amount of any duties, taxes, or fees that may be applied by local authorities.
Delivery Times
All delivery times are estimates only.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on:
- the destination country,
- the selected carrier,
- customs procedures,
- holiday periods,
- weather conditions,
- and other circumstances beyond the Seller's control.
The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or other third parties involved in the delivery process.
Damaged Parcels
If a parcel arrives showing signs of damage during transit, the Customer is encouraged to report the damage to the carrier and contact the Seller as soon as possible.
Where possible, photographs of the packaging and the damaged item should be provided.
This helps to resolve the matter more efficiently and allows appropriate action to be taken.
Custom Orders
For products made to a Customer's individual specifications, production and shipping times are agreed on individually.
An estimated completion and dispatch date will be communicated before the agreement is concluded.
